Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45am-4:30pm

Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join a well-established Grand Forks company as Insulator General Laborers. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction-related tasks, including installing waterproofing on foundations, insulating homes and multifamily projects, applying air barriers on commercial buildings, and installing spray foam.

Key Responsibilities
- Install insulation, waterproofing, air barriers, and spray foam on residential and commercial projects.
- Measure, mark, and cut materials to required dimensions, using blueprints and instructions.
- Operate and set up tools/machinery safely and efficiently.
- Verify quality to ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Move, load, and organize materials as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
- Clean criminal history (reviewed case by case).
- Consistent work history with proven reliability.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to do basic math and accurate measurements.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Construction experience preferred, but not required - training provided.
