AT $1M BOOK WITH LUCLEON: 77/23 + 50% vested → **$38,500 cash**
AT $3M: 80/20 + 60% vested → **$144,000 cash**
AT $5M: 83/17 + 70% vested → **$290,500 cash**
AT $10M: 85/15 + 80% vested → **$680,000 cash**
AT $15M: 85/15 + 85% vested → **$1.08M cash
