We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a valuable plus). Key Responsibilities
- Provide insurance consultations for personal and commercial lines (Auto, Home, Renters, General Liability, Workers Comp, Life, etc.).
- Actively prospect, follow up, and manage leads generated through digital platforms, and referrals.
- Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage levels.
- Prepare quotes, explain policy terms, process applications, and ensure compliance with state and carrier guidelines.
- Maintain positive client relationships through ongoing communication and policy reviews.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
- Ensure accurate documentation and use of CRM/agency management systems.
