Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional support and service to commercial insurance clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processing to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's customer management system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive client support and enhance the overall client experience.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to current processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Licensing: Current PA property/casualty license a must.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Problem Solving: Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using agency management software and other relevant customer service tools.

Adaptability: Capable of working in an office environment while maintaining productivity if working from home is necessary.

Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Empathy: High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
