Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Develop and execute case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Prepare reports, evaluations, and recommendations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania bar license required
- 1–5 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
