Responsibilities:- Plan for office events, appointments, and travel for the company
- Enter current customer data into our database regularly to make sure it’s readily available
- Adjust to the needs of the company and help other insurance team members when necessary
- Ensure customers are satisfied by promptly answering phone calls and emails and sending customers with specific inquiries to the appropriate department
- Stock the office with supplies and call maintenance for office equipment repairs, as needed
- Solid computer skills, including basic word-processing and Microsoft Excel
- Able to complete data entry tasks with ease
- Must have high school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred
- 2+ years work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
