We are seeking a motivated Insurance Inside Sales and Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with clients over the phone and in person, providing exceptional service and building trusted relationships. This position offers a professional, team-oriented environment with ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
- Base salary starting at $36,000 with first-year total earnings of $50,000-$70,000 with commissions
 - Unlimited commission potential with top performers earning up to $100,000 in their first year

Requirements
- Less than one year of experience required; training provided
 - Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve goals
 - Excellent social, communication, and organizational skills
