Intake Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of America's "Most Feared Plaintiff Firms". We are seeking an Intake Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. As an Intake Attorney, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential personal injury claims and helping prospective clients understand their legal rights. This position requires sharp legal analysis skills, a solid foundation in personal injury law, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts with empathy and clarity.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Conduct thorough legal assessments of incoming personal injury inquiries.
- Evaluate case viability based on facts, liability, and damages.
- Clearly explain the legal process and the firm’s services to prospective clients.
- Build rapport and instill confidence in potential clients to move forward with representation.
- Work closely with intake specialists and case managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communications in the case management system.
- Collaborate with partners and litigation staff regarding complex or borderline matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed to practice law in California (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Empathetic and passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured
- You understand the importance of client service and consistent follow-through
- Comfortable with modern case management systems and collaborative tools
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
