INTERIOR DESIGNER. Tampa, FL. BFA Deg. (Art & Design)/foreign equiv. + 24 mo. exp. (interior/arch. design) req’d. Plan, design resid./commercial spaces for storage/organization. Create designs & plans for closets, offices, entertainment systems, garages, etc. Collaborate w/designers, architects, builders, contractors, & mfg. dept. on scope of work, aesthetics, materials, costs. Ensure design elements are cohesive & align w/vision/budget. Consult w/clients for progress reports, make presentations & recommendations on vision, space planning, layout, materials, costs, etc. Inspect work in progress to ensure adherence to plans, deadlines, deliverables, contract specs. Use CAD for drawings. Maintain info., designs, databases on CRM & client mgt. systems. Software: MS Office (Word, Excel), CAD, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CRM (Prophet 21). Travel b/t Tampa & Orlando offices (~2d/mo); Central FL to project sites (~2d/wk); US 2x/yr. for trade shows/continuing education. Mail Resume to: J.
