Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Inventory Clerk Requirements: · Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments. · Verify quantities and quality of items against purchase orders and delivery documents. · Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software. · Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits. · Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring items are properly labeled and accessible. · Prepare and process inventory transfers, returns, and shipments. · Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. · Monitor inventory levels and alert management of potential stock shortages or overstock situations. · Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures in handling inventory. Qualifications: · Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations. · Effective communication within a diverse team. · Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
