IT Analyst at Busby Park Recruiting LLC

Large top-tier law firm seeks IT Analyst to be on-site (non hybrid role) first-level contact with the primary responsibility of providing technology solutions and support to customers, participating in delivering assigned office(s) daily IT operational work list, facilitating and supporting meeting technology events and tools, and participating in IT projects and initiatives. Analyst will promote new technologies and facilitate and support meeting technology events and tools including video conferences, presentations, client meetings and special events. Ideal candidate will have at least three years of stable tech experience in a large corporation or law firm and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Service Now, MS Teams, remote access architectures, applications and technologies (Citrix, VPN), and mobile technologies (iOS, iPad OS). Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, depending on work experience. Salary range is $72 to 90k, depending on skills and experience.
