IT Deployment Technicians at The Peak Organization

Peak Systems is a nationwide IT managed services and deployment firm supporting enterprise rollouts, refresh projects, and field services. Currently seeking IT Deployment Technicians for a project in Duarte, CA Hourly Pay Rate: $22 + based on experience Start Date: ASAP – through December 2025 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime is available ) Dress Code: Business casual (button-down/polo, slacks/khakis; no jeans/sneakers) Project Overview This large-scale endpoint deployment includes over 4,300 devices. Requirements: 1–2+ years’ hands-on IT support or PC deployment experience. Comfortable with imaging tools/processes, asset tagging, basic hardware setup. Working knowledge of Windows and Mac endpoints. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Reliable transportation to Duarte, CA; valid photo ID required for site access. Process & Compliance: Daily check-in/out (hours must match timecard). Overtime requires advance approval. 4-hour minimum guaranteed per day when reporting on-site. Time must be submitted daily (instructions will be provided). Responsibilities: Box/unbox, install, and test PCs/laptops and peripherals (monitors, docks, kb/mouse, printers). Image endpoints and tag assets; maintain accurate inventory in Skyline (training provided). Perform basic data transfer/validation and obtain user/POC sign-off (CAFs). Collect, sort, wipe, document returned endpoints for e-waste. Support daily desktop operations as directed; keep work areas neat and organized. Escalate technical or timing issues promptly to Lead.
