A company is looking for a Manager IT - Enterprise Payments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team to improve client and user experience, ensuring operational excellence and application reliabilityDirect programming and business analysis activities, facilitating system modifications and understanding technology roadmapsProvide oversight to IT projects and products, assigning tasks and tracking performance metricsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or systems engineering OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experiencePreferred: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 12+ years of experienceExperience in financial services or large financial institutions is preferredPrevious experience supporting digital banking, API/File & payment platforms3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of software and quality engineers
