Pay Range: 27.62 – 33.33/hour
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an IT Operations Technician to support a leading player in industrial manufacturing. In this role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver—the person everyone counts on to keep technology running smoothly, operations moving efficiently, and innovation charging forward.

What You’ll DoYou’ll take charge of keeping critical systems and equipment in top shape. From setting up workstations to managing network devices, your work ensures every employee has the tools they need to succeed.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Providing top-tier technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware (computers, phones, printers, network devices, and more).
Supporting and troubleshooting software, applications, and core business systems.
Ordering, deploying, and managing IT equipment and peripherals.
Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access groups.
Supporting conference room A/V systems, security devices, and digital signage.
Participating in IT projects and documenting key procedures.
Joining a rotational on-call support schedule (evenings/weekends as needed).
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when needed.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general Windows applications.
Knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with imaging software and MDM tools like Intune.
Experience with A/V systems, security cameras, and access control.
Industry certifications (AZ-900, MD-102) or PowerShell/Cloud migration experience a plus.

Pay Details: 27.62 to 33.33 per hour
