IT Project Manger, Infrastructure - Blue Bell, PA at PMA Companies

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and security-related initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects such as office openings/closures, WAN upgrades, cloud migrations, ITSM implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and security projects including:
• Office openings, relocations, and closures
• Wide Area Network (WAN) upgrades and redesigns
• Cloud infrastructure initiatives (e.g., Azure/AWS migrations, hybrid cloud deployments)
• ITSM platform implementations and enhancements
• Cybersecurity
• Collaborate with the IT Financial Management team to:
• Track and manage project budgets
• Participate in forecasting exercises and financial planning
• Ensure alignment with capital and operational expenditure targets
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and change management policies.
• Support organizational change management and end-user communication strategies.
• Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and/or security projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Experience managing project budgets and working with financial stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
