IT Supervisor – RBAC Manager for Western Alliance Bank – Phoenix, AZ Job Description: Analyzes potential enhancements and requests, to determine the best way to develop and build the best solution in the time available, setting the expectations for the delivery of new functionality. Responsible for leading interactive requirements gathering sessions with business team members, documenting information, and working with other team members. Providing stakeholder demos and support go-live for sprint releases. Develops and documents standard operating procedures and other related documentation. Conduct meetings with internal clients to determine project needs, recommend solutions, and provide feedback to the internal clients on a regular basis. Assist in troubleshooting issues related to IAM and RBAC. Identify technology issues and needed enhancements as well as collaborate on technology roadmaps. Provide day-to-day support for the business unit on key break/fix issues that have a significant impact on customers or the operating business units. Design and understand data flow diagrams. Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures. Position supervises 9 reports including: 1 Business Analyst, 1 IT Analyst/Administrator, 1 IT Specialist, 1 QA Tester, and 5 IAM Consultant – business analysts (contractor). Position allows remote work 1 day per week and reports to the corporate headquarters at One East Washington Street, Suite 1400, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires 3 years of related experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Scrum and Kanban project methodologies; Data analysis on user access reports; Software development life cycle within the framework of IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint; Performing market study and competitor analysis on IAM industry best practices and standards such as NIST; IAM/IGA tool to run reports based on requirements and provide demos using the UI; Enterprise IAM (Identity and Access Management) environment, including user LCM (Lifecycle management) and provisioning, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC); and Leading a continuous delivery team as a product owner, maintaining IAM tool roadmap, setting priorities on tool enhancements, managing IAM product backlog, and facilitating changes.
