It Support Technician at TEKsystems

*Description*
Our client is bringing on an additional IT Support Specialist on a contract with the right to hire opportunity to join their current team of IT Specialists. This consultant will work with the current IT specialists to take direction/learn procedures and complete: 50% of the day will involve supporting ruggedized tablets in the field, building ruggedized tablets (Zebra - Windows) for field deployment, and troubleshooting (i.e. if someone's device isn't getting wireless signal, this person may need to drive around in a on-site vehicle to determine where signal failure may be taking place). The other 50% of the time will be divided up into workstation deployment/desktop support duties for the office end users such as email administration, iPhone deployment, printer troubleshooting, password resets etc. They do have procedures in place for all troubleshooting/imaging procedures for tablets.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
