Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to bring their expertise and experience to our growing company based in Stillwater, MN. Our electricians handle diverse projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and telecommunications sectors, ensuring safe and high-quality work.

Pay: Negotiable based on years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC and local codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members for project success.
• Provide mentorship to apprentices and team members as needed.
• Communicate with customers, providing updates, explanations, and addressing concerns.
• Uphold Midbrod Electric’s values of reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked, using our software platform ServiceTitan.
• Operate company service vehicle and manage the inventory of common parts and tools.
• Provide emergency on-call services as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current Class A Journeyman Electrician license for Minnesota (Wisconsin Journeyman license preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience (5+ years preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions.
