Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to perform service work and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings. The candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, working on rooftops and within facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, then carry out necessary repairs.
• Work on rooftops and within facility environments, climbing ladders and using lifts.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and panels.
• Pull and run wire, and bend conduit as needed.

Essential Skills

• Possess a Journeyman card or have 8 years of electrical service experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and making repairs, including diagnosing failures and replacing components or parts.
• Experience in running wire and bending conduit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction and working in industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with schematic and blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Work onsite at an industrial facility. The role requires working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. The environment involves climbing ladders, using lifts, and working on rooftops.

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83033.60 - $83033.60/yr.
