Journeyman Electrician at Staffmark Group

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join a growing team in Coldspring, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in electrical system integration who values safety, precision, and teamwork.

Pay: $35+/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the integration of electrical systems
• Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with the latest National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure proper design and code compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and maintenance teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical systems
• Train and mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices on best practices, safety procedures, and code updates
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions on system integration, NEC updates, and emerging technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school or vocational school diploma preferred; technical school training or equivalent experience accepted
• Licensed Master Electrician (required)
• 2-3 years of relevant electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC and its real-world application
• Proven experience in electrical system integration, including design, installation, and commissioning
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work safely in active environments
