We are looking for a licensed 06 Electrician to join our team in a dual-role capacity. This position combines traditional low-voltage electrical work with hands-on training in door installation and locksmithing. You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering integrated security solutions including surveillance, access control, and physical entry systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain low-voltage systems including CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, state, and local codes.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in security systems.
- Participate in door hardware installation, including electric strikes, maglocks, and closers.
- Assist in locksmithing tasks such as rekeying, lock installation, and key system setup.
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Valid Washington State 06 Electrical License.
- Experience in low-voltage electrical work, ideally in security or surveillance systems.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in door installation and locksmithing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with IP-based camera systems and access control platforms.
- Basic understanding of mechanical door hardware and keying systems.
- Experience with brands such as Brivo, ButterflyMX, Avigilon, Qolsys.
- Networking fundamentals (PoE, switches, IP addressing).
Working Conditions:
Work conditions and work hours will change daily based scheduled service needs. Indoor/outdoor environments ranging from construction sites to finished buildings. Cell phone and email used daily. Daily use of company vehicle.

Hourly: $30-$50 per hour DOE
