Essential Responsibilities:- Lead residential solar system installations, including PV arrays and battery storage systems
- Perform electrical service upgrades and main panel modifications
- Execute utility interconnections and system commissioning
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections and system troubleshooting
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with NEC standards
- Active Iowa Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 2 years of residential solar installation experience
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical service upgrades and modifications
- OSHA safety certification
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
