Journeyman Electrician at Superior Electrical & Plumbing

We are seeking Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for tenant improvements within a retail environment. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical devices in accordance with local and national electrical codes
• Install wires, cables and wire raceways
• Run various conduit such as: EMT, PVC, MC Cable, Flex or Romex
• Feed, pull and terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gears, receptacles and switches
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with Ansul, refrigeration and/or HVAC motor controls is desired but not required
• Drive company vehicles within department guidelines
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

• Recent and relevant commercial electrician experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Hawaiian journeyman electrical license is preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment motor vehicle background and drug test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Only applicants local to the jobsite will be considered
