Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced JourneymanElectricians to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing,maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. You will work independentlyand as part of a team to ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position Duties:

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and

devices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman electrician.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in

various environments.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
