Daily Responsibilities: Install Commercial and Residential equipment Must have skills in HVAC repair and maintenance Estimate project costs and provide specifications for installations as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Required Skills: Construction Management: Experience in managing construction projects Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret blueprints for HVAC systems Installation: Proficiency in installing HVAC systems Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning: Strong understanding of HVAC systems This position requires a dependable person person with strong attention to detail, effective verbal and listening communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Electrical: Knowledge of electrical systems and components Company Information: Martinico & Sons is a family-owned HVAC company based in San Jose, California, with over 60 years of experience serving the Bay Area.
