What We're Looking For:
- Essential Licensure: A valid Journeyman Electrician License (or Master Electrician/Foreman Electrical License) is required.
- Proven Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in large-scale industrial electrical projects.
- Direct experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, or heavy commercial electrical construction is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in all aspects of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with various electrical systems, including power distribution, controls, and low-voltage cabling.
- Leadership & Communication (for Foreman roles):
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully guiding electrical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
