Journeyman / Master Electrician

Our shop is located near Gilman, WI with job sites normally within 50 miles.

Up to $38/hour based on experience with bonuses available

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, licensed electrician to join our growing team. You’ll handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial, farm, and residential settings.

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain & troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC codes
• Install conduit, lighting, control systems, motor feeders, and make standard motor connections
• Keep job sites, tools, and vehicles clean & organized
• Follow and promote workplace safety standards
• Participate in toolbox talks & safety audits
• Mentor and support less experienced electricians
• Provide excellent customer interactions — be the friendly face of our company
• Work independently and complete projects on time
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Required: WI Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Willingness to travel within our service area, normally within 60 miles from our shop north of Stanley, WI and occasional farther
• Dependable and timely — always keeps commitments and deadlines
• A people person — enjoys working with customers and teammates
• Works well independently, with little supervision
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and safety
• Enjoys mentoring and leading others

Pay & Benefits

Pay: Up to $38/hour based on experience with bonuses available

• Paid time off

Schedule

• Full-time or part time
• Four 10-hour daytime shifts; evenings and weekend work maybe needed due to weather, deadlines, and emergencies
• Bi-weekly pay
