Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The right candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable service to our commercial and industrial clients across Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial systems.
• Supervise and train helpers/apprentices on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Conduct thermography scans and assist with data collection when needed.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with project management.

Qualifications:

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (Arkansas or reciprocal state).
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and safety practices.
• Ability to travel for multi-state projects.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
