Our practice focuses on civil litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury, construction defect, business litigation, and employment law.
We are currently seeking a Junior Associate Attorney who has recently passed the California State Bar Exam. If you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one, this opportunity is for you.

What We’re Looking For
- Recent law school graduate who has recently passed the California State Bar Exam
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience
- Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses based on meeting productivity targets
- Medical Benefits after 30 days; Dental, Vision, 401(k), Disability Coverage after 90 days
- Paid Time Off: Vacation (based on tenure) and Sick Leave
