- Support clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, support, and paternity

Compensation:$80,000 - $90,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Assist in developing tailored legal strategies for clients in prenuptial agreements, divorce, timesharing/custody, and support cases
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements
- Attend court proceedings (in person and via Zoom) to support or represent clients under supervision
- Help manage case files and track progress through various litigation stages
- Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of matters
- 0–2 years of experience in family law (internship, clinic, or associate experience welcome)
- Strong desire to work with clients in sensitive, emotionally charged situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required
- Bonus: Candidates with a background or coursework in family law or criminal justice
