We are a locally owned, family-run franchise looking for energetic Back of House Team Members (Cooks) to join our team!

What Youll Do

As a Cook at Zaxbys, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality food, fast and fresh, every time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items to Zaxbys standards
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operating cooking equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting teammates and assisting with front of house as needed
• Completing tasks quickly, accurately, and with a sense of urgency

What Were Looking For

• Age 16+ with reliable transportation
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment
• Willingness to learn and grow with us
