Position Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and lead our kitchen team with integrity, efficiency, and care. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about Italian cuisine, clean ingredients, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily BOH operations, scheduling, and staff development
Maintain consistency, quality, and sanitation standards
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Support Executive Chef with menu execution and seasonal updates
Foster a collaborative, mission-driven kitchen culture
Qualifications:
3–5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in management
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
ServSafe certification preferred
