Kitchen Manager – Corporate Hospitality Housing Are you a natural leader in the kitchen with a passion for food, teamwork, and operational excellence? Corporate Hospitality Housing is looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and ensure our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality dining experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and culinary knowledge who is ready to step into a key management role. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage inventory levels, place orders, and oversee proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that meet guest expectations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to encourage professional growth. Manage budgets, control costs, and approve invoices. Oversee the POS (Toast) system, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of revenues. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve food service concerns professionally. What We’re Looking For Proven shift management and leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Experience with Toast POS (required). Ability to manage ordering, inventory, and budgets effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering excellent service. Why Join Us?
