Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recent Kitchen Manager experience in full-service dining
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Proven leadership ability
- Oversee all BOH duties & staff
Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Assist General Manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing BOH kitchen staff
- Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
- Food & supply orders, Inventories, schedules, and cost management
- Manage & maintain BOH equipment
