Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Producing weekly culinary features
• Train, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team
• Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with the entire management team and the hourly team
• Utilize the Restaurant 365 system for order management and tracking sales data.
• Foster a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience and track record as a kitchen manager, chef, or assistant kitchen manager.
• Strong knowledge of food cost and overall P&L.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food management.
