$70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will lead BOH operations, ensuring smooth production, exceptional product quality, and a positive, team-focused kitchen.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution, team efficiency, and consistent delivery of high-quality, health-conscious meals
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation in alignment with the restaurant’s culinary vision
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to uphold a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented, and accountable team culture
- Support menu innovation by incorporating seasonal and premium ingredients that align with the brand’s mission and flavor philosophy
- Partner with leadership to implement kitchen systems that enhance org, efficiency, and cost control
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining seamless coordination between back-of-house and front-of-house teams
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager for a $2.5M+ QSR/fast-casual restaurant
- Proven leadership in high-performing kitchen, with experience in financial management
- Motivated, organized, and team-focused leader with integrity and a learning mindset
- Solid cooking skills and operational foundation; able to maintain high quality brand standards
- Approachable, low-ego leader who inspires collaboration and a positive kitchen culture
- Tech savvy and proficient in Google suite
- Spanish fluency required
