As our next dishwasher, we're looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. We need someone dependable who can pitch in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. • Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
• Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine
• Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher

Qualifications:

• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
