Kitchen Staff at Saltwater Grill

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cook/Dishwasher to join our team at Saltwater Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, and ensuring that all dishes are properly washed and sanitized. Attention to detail and an understanding of food safety regulations is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional kitchen setting and a passion for creating delicious meals.

Responsibilities:

Prepare meals and side dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ensure that all food is stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Set up and break down work stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
