The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of employment litigation experience, be admitted to practice in Illinois, and possess strong academic credentials. Exceptional writing skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, and a collaborative approach to working across offices are essential.
Qualified candidates will have:
3–4 years of experience in labor & employment litigation
Admission to the Illinois bar
Outstanding research and writing abilities
Proven experience managing competing priorities and deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
What’s on offer:
Base compensation in the range of $255,000 – $280,000, commensurate with experience and location
