Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law, including wage & hour class action and PAGA matters. Candidates should have strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess the initiative to take ownership over their work and career. Responsibilities include representing employers on both individual and class claims, including:
Wage and hour compliance
Employment discrimination and harassment claims
Retaliation and leave issues
Employee accommodations and personnel policies
Employment agreements and other labor/employment matters
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of labor & employment law experience
Wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required
Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaboratively
