Job Details

We are seeking to hire a litigator with 3+ years of experience, ideally in employment litigation but open to other experienced attorneys who want to move into a new area of law. The job involves aggressively litigating issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.

Qualifications

• Experience litigating cases from inception to trial
• Familiarity with California employment law is preferred
• Admission to practice law in California
• Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people
• Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma
• Strong writing ability
