Job Description
Role: Land Surveyor Location: Portsmouth, NH Pay: $90,000 - $120,000, DOE Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire We’re seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing team and work on a wide range of commercial, residential, and municipal projects across New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your work, mentor others, and play a key role in shaping local communities. Responsibilities: Perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using total stations, GPS, and data collectors. Process and analyze field data to prepare accurate drawings and reports. Lead and guide field crews, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with state and federal survey standards. Qualifications: Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) in NH or eligible for licensure is preferred, not required. Skilled with modern surveying equipment and software. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
