Landscape Installation Foreman at Ecotones Landscapes

Ecotones Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Installation Foreman to lead a crew in executing high-quality landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in hardscape and softscape installation, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering craftsmanship and efficiency on every job. Key Responsibilities Supervise and work alongside crew members to complete landscape installation projects on schedule and within budget. Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper layout, grading, and installation. Oversee all aspects of installation, including grading, planting, irrigation, sod, mulch, stonework, retaining walls, pavers, and other landscape features. Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks and upcoming phases. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout each project. Train and mentor crew members in installation techniques, safety practices, and efficient work habits. Communicate regularly with project managers and clients regarding progress, changes, and challenges. Maintain accurate job logs, crew hours, and material usage records. Enforce company safety policies and ensure a clean, organized job site. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape installation or construction. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or crew leader role. Strong understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret plans, take measurements, and execute layouts accurately. Proficient in safe operation of equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
