- Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry
- Sharp eye to keep quality solid
- Stamina to lift and stand through the shift

- Measure, load, and unload metal materials for laser cutting operations.
- Set up and maintain laser equipment, including cleaning lenses, aligning nozzles, and adjusting parameters for quality cuts.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Read blueprints or digital files and verify part accuracy using measuring tools.
- Complete production, inspection, and material handling paperwork accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance, clean the work area, and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
