- Support attorneys and staff with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization
- Manage mail, deliveries, and reception coverage as needed
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies; ensure work areas remain stocked and organized
- Coordinate meeting catering and conference room setup
- Serve as point of contact for building and maintenance requests
- Assist with onboarding, workstation setup, and general office upkeep
- Code invoices and assist with administrative projects as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in an office or law firm environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
