Lead Front Desk Agent at White Elephant Aspen

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

We are currently seeking full-time, year-round Lead Front Desk Agents, for both the AM and PM shift’s, where luxury meets personalized service in the heart of Colorado’s most exclusive mountain town.

In this key role, you'll support daily front desk operations, guide fellow team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences tailored to Aspen’s high-end clientele. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about luxury hospitality and creating amazing guest experiences.

*Ideal start date December 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Lead by example in front desk service standards and problem-solving
• Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and bell staff for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests, room assignments, and billing with accuracy
• Share insider knowledge on Aspen dining, recreation, and events
• Support training of new agents and uphold high end-level service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role (luxury or boutique preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Aspen’s seasonal offerings is a plus
• Experience with Maestro and ALICE preferred
• Able to work on-site in high-altitude conditions and assist with luggage as needed
