Weekend Bartender- ($40-$50 Tipped Min Wage) FRI/SAT/SUN (Upper East Side)Secret Summer Hospitality Group
FESTIVÁL is HIRING
We are looking for a new part time bartender 24hrs PART TIME. Shifts Fri,Sat,Sun... Looking for a real pro who wants to build a home and make a lot of money. Must thrive in a busy cafe style bar and have a keen attention to detail and beverage program with bare bones staff. Plus bonus for extra event based work. Tipped hourly + $200-$300 shift tips + bonus event pay. Needs to be a no ego pro who wants to create stunning cocktails and over see general bar operations during the weekend.
Must have 5yrs fine dining experience
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
FRIDAY -10am-430pm
FRIDAY -4pm-Close (Approx Midnight)
SATURDAY -10am-430pm
SATURDAY -4pm-CLOSE
SUNDAY -10am-430pm
Responsibilities.
- Managing the bar and cleanliness
- Prepping, batching, and inventory + new cocktail creation
- Training any new team members on the beverage program
- Working with the Mixologist/Owner on menu creation and adaptation
-Must be passionate about hospitality
