Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Springfield, MO, for a Lead Clinical Therapist. The Lead Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health treatment to individuals and families, conducting assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include leading therapy sessions, offering case management support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
