Commercial Lead Electrician (Foreman)
Battaglia Industries Inc. seeks skilled and experienced lead electricians (foremen) with experience in commercial electrical construction, including office buildouts, warehouse buildouts, car dealerships, multifamily dwellings, senior living centers, etc.
The successful candidate will

• have extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code,
• have experience researching and complying with local municipal amendments to the NEC.
• be able to read blue prints, schematics, submittals, and other construction documents,
• have a demonstrated ability of managing other electricians on a jobsite
• have a demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with other trades and the general contractor,
• have a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Successful candidates must:

• have a high school diploma or its equivalent,
• have a minimum of 5 years of field experience, including 1 year of as a lead electrician,
• have excellent problem-solving skills,
• be able to work independently and as part of a team,
• be able to manage other employees on the jobsite,
• be able to use standard hand and power tools,
• be able to climb up and down ladders,
• be able to operate scissor and boom lifts and follows all company and OSHA safety guidelines,
• have a valid driver’s license.
