We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, mentoring others, and upholding high standards on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation
- Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred)
